Jim Deters is the Founder and CEO of Gravity Haus, a rapidly growing lifestyle hospitality and membership platform redefining how people connect through outdoor adventure, wellness, and community. Under his leadership, Gravity Haus has expanded across key mountain and outdoor destinations in the U.S. and Canada, integrating hotels, social clubs, fitness, co-working, and dining into a unified membership-driven experience.

Prior to Gravity Haus, Jim co-founded Galvanize, a pioneering technology education and co-working company that helped shape the early coding bootcamp and innovation campus model. His background at the intersection of technology, community, and real estate informs his approach to modern hospitality—where digital infrastructure, personalization, and recurring membership models are increasingly central.

Jim brings a unique perspective on the convergence of hospitality, technology, and consumer behavior, with a focus on building high-engagement communities, driving direct customer relationships, and evolving hotels into experience-driven platforms.

He lives in Colorado with his wife Alicia and their three children, and is an active skier, cyclist, and mountain athlete.
